SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All orders placed on PopYum.com will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

  • Orders placed BEFORE 11:00 am PT ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed AFTER 11:00 am PT ship the next business day.
  • Weekend and Holiday orders ship the next open business day.

If your order is over $39 (pre-tax and after discounts), you will qualify for free shipping. With free shipping, your order will be delivered 2-7 business days after all of your items are available to ship, including pre-order items. PopYum will select the optimal shipping method for free shipping, which could be either via the United States Postal Service or another shipping provider. Qualifying orders can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. PopYum reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time without notice to you.

The Shipping Policy only applies to products that have been purchased on PopYum.com. For products purchased from other retail outlets refer to their respective shipping policy.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your new PopYum product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please return your order, within 30 days of the purchase date, for a refund. PopYum is not responsible for the cost of returning the bottles. 

Return items in their original box with all accessories/parts for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping/handling fees incurred by the seller and/or purchaser. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers and all required documentation, outlined in PopYum’s emailed RMA Instructions, must be included.

Please note: related order Shipping/Handling is non-refundable.

  • Exception: we refund Shipping/Handling fees only if we shipped you the wrong product or a defective product.

This Returns Policy only applies to products that have been purchased from PopYum.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.
