Luccy - Our New PopYum Superstar
Here’s a shout out to our new PopYum SuperStar Luccy!!! As a mom of two, she spends much of her time caring for her precious and quickly growing 8-month and 2-year old girls. Leading life through her passions for makeup, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, she is building a following by sharing her tips and tricks on TikTok, Instagram, and her YouTube channel.
We had the pleasure of chatting with Khiana about her adventures with Aubrei as Tiktok stars. Check out their stories below!
PopYum: How did you feel the day you became a mom for the first time?
Luccy: The first time I became a mom I didn’t know what to do given the fact that I was so young, only 17. Nonetheless I was very excited because I feel like some people are born to be mothers and I am one of them.
PopYum: How did you discover PopYum?
Luccy: I discovered PopYum via Amazon. I was searching for a new bottle for my then 8 month old.
PopYum: What tips would you give to a first time parent that you wish you knew when you had your first baby?
Luccy: The one tip I would give a first time parent is to enjoy your baby the most you can. Carry them, snuggle them, let them sleep on top of you because at the end you’re going to miss that so much.
PopYum: What do you think is the most challenging part of being a mom?
Luccy: The most challenging part about being a mom is definitely learning to have patience at least in my case. With a toddler and a baby, I have to divide myself into two to supply both their needs.
PopYum: What’s your favorite thing about PopYum?
Luccy: My favorite thing about Popyum is how easy it is to put together. It makes my life so much easier to bottle prep.
PopYum: What is your favorite part about becoming a mom?
Luccy: My favorite thing about becoming a mom is being able to enjoy time with my kids, teaching them new things, and also learning from them.
PopYum: Tell us about your kids!
Luccy: I have a 2 year old. My two year old has a mind of her own. She loves to write, read and sing. She’s into fashion and has her own bag collection. My 8 month old is the sweetest baby ever. She’s always smiling, loves her Popyum bottles and loves her sister.
PopYum: Tell us about you! What are your passions, talents, etc.?
Luccy: My passion in life is makeup. I love doing makeup. I also love to cook and spend the most time with my kids.
PopYum: What do you like to do for fun?
Luccy: For fun, there’s lots of things I enjoy doing. I love taking my kids to the zoo, to eat ice cream and to the playground.
PopYum: How do you find ‘me-time’ while raising your kid?
Luccy: Finding me time while raising my kids has been very difficult but what has helped me the most is getting them into a routine. They will be asleep by 8 and that gives me time to enjoy my favorite TV show alone.
PopYum: Do you have any “mom hacks” or cool tips or tricks you’d like to share with the rest of PopYum Nation?
Luccy: To prep everything before leaving the house so that you’ll know what you’re missing.
